Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my daily life, the good and the bad. My family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. With the opportunity to have the best life possible I wanted to try my best to please them, and was focused on my success. It was my plan to attend school to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But life had other ideas. Money and the prestige of my work didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others while I walked the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own company. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. I strive to be a change maker within the field to offer quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my life- the passing of my mother. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is now in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. If you don't realize the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. The loss of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin with a fresh start. It was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I have a sense that I am alive and living. It's not as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is essential and is normal. The health of a person is the most important wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at the highest level and not have regrets in the end of your life. We are the only certainty in life.
